Akshay Kumar’s Upcoming Movie Boss Is In Problem

Akshay Kumar’s starrer Boss is in problem due to song sung by Honey Singh in which he has used vulgar language.  Due to this petition was filed in Delhi High Court to issue stay order on the releasing of movie.

During the proceeding of petition bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justice Manmohan has passed order to director asking him whether the valugar words are being removed from the song or not.

This order was passed after the Center’s standing counsel Jatan Singh told the court that Central Board of Film Certification has not issued any certificate to movie regarding release. Further standing counsel also submitted complaints, regarding the complaint producer of movie appeared in front of the board and assured the court that valugar stuff will be removed from the song sung by Honey Singh before the release of film.

Further bench also heard the petitioner a lawyer Sanjay Bhatnagar through the counsel R D Rana in which he claim that how can one release the song in which valugar language is used and that without the censor board’s approval. As censor board has not issued any censor certificate yet.

In a prayer the lawyer prayed that court should pass a stay order on the release of movie till the song or words are not deleted from the movie. Next hearing of case will be held on Friday
