OMG The Kapil Sharma Show seems to be stucking in big trouble as according to report FIR has been lodged against maker of show.

According to report episode released on 21st April showed artist consuming alcohol during a courtroom scene on the show. The complainant has accused the makers for disrespecting the court.

According to report case has been filled against maker of show at Shivpuri district and sessions Court in Madhya Pradesh.

Complainant is a lawyer named Suresh Dhakad. In his complaint lawyer has claimed that the episode had objectionable scenes.

According to report case has been filled under the OT Act and Excise Act. The matter will be heard on October 1.
