Raj Kundra’s Lawyer Raise Question On Arrest

Well on Monday Raj Kundra was taken into custody by Mumbai Police in pornography case.

Recently Raj Kundra’s Lawyer said content published are not porn but vulgar.

Recently while defending Raj Kundra in court Lawyer said its not right to classify the content in question as pornography as it doesn’t show any Kind of sexual intercourse between two people so it may not be called porn, however be called vulgar.

Well while answering on Section 67A of the Information Technology Act on sending obscene content in electronic form’s application he said that there wasn’t any ‘actual intercourse’ in the content. Moreover, lawyer said that everyone is aware of fact that what type of content is working on the digital platform. Hence the content was made, however, it cannot be called porn.

Moreover Lawyer further said Raj Kundra’s arrest should have been made when the case couldn’t move forward without it, whereas currently, there is nothing like that have happened, therefore arrest of my client Raj is against law.
