Besides earning for their work in films, many of them also like to invest in other businesses as well, which sometimes backfires and end up in making them bankrupt. But they never allowed such setbacks come their way and stand for long. Here we have a list of those celebs.

Amitabh Bachchan

Big B started Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Limited (ABCL) in 1996 and but found itself in a financial mess just three years later. He then approached BIFR (Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction) to rate his company as sick. He has mentioned his financial crises in one of his blogs. But the Shehenshaah of Bollywood came out of bankruptcy when he was offered Kaun Banega Crorepati, and Mohabattein.

King Khan also faced bankruptcy when he and his wife Gauri Khan produced a sci-fi film Ra-One at a budget of 150 crore. The film was a Box Office failure and SRK was left with nothing. It was after Don 2 & Jab Tak hai Jaan that he recovered from being bankrupt.

Chichi reigned over the box office in the 90s and early 2000s. But his career quie soon as he got no films for 3-4 years. He was in massive debt and also broke down in front of the press. But he didn’t give up and made a comeback with Salman Khan in his film Partner, which got him back on his feet.
