Sanjay Dutt Surrenders

Sanjay Dutt surrenders himself in front of TADA sessions court Mumbai, for serving 3 ½ years out of 5 year sentence which he got under Arms Act. At the time of surrender people where gathered outside his house at Bandra, crowd stood there till he arrived with big convey of cars carrying his friends and relatives.

Sanjay was wearing white kurta, and had a tilak on his forhead, though he was bit disturbing but walked waving hand toward crowd with his wife Manyata.

His fans chased him till he reached sessions court. Though crowd was curious to see him but unfortunately he was unable to get out of his car due to security.

After few minutes Sanjay came out of his car and requested his fans to let him surrender in front of court. During this process Sanjay was accompanied by his wife and sister.

After coming out of car he was taken away by security personnel inside the court to complete further formalities. After that he was taken to Pune’s Yerawada jail to spend his rest of sentence.

Though his lawyer demanding that Sanjay should be allowed to have facilities like home food, mattresses and blankets, but the CBI said he will be treated like other convicts.

But Special Judge G.A. Sanap gave him relief as he allowed him to have a homemade food and medicines only for one month only.
