Vidya Balan was one of the actors in Btown who resumed work in August and shot for a brand commercial. And now, as per latest reports the actress is all prepared to shoot for her first film after the pandemic. The team of the film titled as Sherni is supposed to start with a 35-day shooting schedule in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, by the last week of October. The reports also suggest that the makers of the film have hired an agency that will take all necessary measures to keep everyone safe on the sets.
The source said, “A team of five to six members, who will serve as COVID-19 watchdogs, will be present on set every day to ensure that the crew is following all safety norms. Besides the government’s guidelines, the health experts will lay down additional COVID risk-management protocol. These experts are part of a professional agency that has monitored several ad shoots over the past few months. Even as they aim to achieve a zero-incident shoot, the makers have created isolation centres for asymptomatic people, on the recommendation of the experts.”
The film is directed by Amit Masurkar. You will see Vidya Balan portraying the character of a forest officer, who is very keen to sort out the man-animal conflict.
