Defendant Ready To Apologize Richa In Defamation Case

Soon after Richa Chadha defamation case hearing took place in Bombay High Court, defendant came forward and gave statement adding ready for apologies and withdraw statement.

According to report defendant reached with her lawyer and revealed defendant is going to apologise and ready to withdraw statement.

News of apologise was confirmed by Richa for the same she took social media twitter and tweeted what defendant advocate said in court it goes like this “My client has accepted the request. She is ready to tender apology and withdraw the statement. She is ready to settle the matter.” on the other hand court had warned Bollywood critic Kamaal R Khan who defendant no 2 in the case, not share or add any content regarding Richa or regarding case till Monday.

 Actress in deformation case has alleged that acts have resulted in “tarnishing her reputation” and “subjected her to immense humiliation, ridicule, unwanted speculation, harassment, harsh public scrutiny and loss of business opportunities and goodwill thereby causing tremendous stress and mental agony.”

However other defendants have not come forward for apologies and withdrawing statement.
