Dr Gupta’s statement is exposed in #SushantAIIMSTape

You all may not be aware of Dr Sudhir Gupta. Let us tell you. He is the head of the forensic panel at All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) that investigated the forensics in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Now according to the investigation of Republic TV, Dr. Gupta has taken a shocking U-turn. Lets find out the details.

The alleged forensic reports  of AIIMS has ruled out the murder angle and called SSR’s death case a case of suicide. Amidst this news, Dr Gupta’s conversation with Republic TV Editor, of August 22, has exposed the biggest flip-flop in the case. In the conversation, the doctor had raised questions on destruction of evidence at the crime scene, and has also said that it wasn’t apt for forensic examination. Because of all such reasons, the conclusive reports took everyone to a shocking surprise.

Dr Sudhir Gupta had a conversation with the editor on August 22, just a day after CBI wrote to AIIMS for their help.

In the conversation, Dr Sudhir Gupta he had raised a couple of questions for the Mumbai police. He had said, “I will have a look at it and also the loopholes in the autopsy report. Firstly, why was the autopsy done in such a hurry? Then, was any videography done?”

He further had said that the crime scesne was not forensically suitable for credible examination.“Yes, crime scene. and you can also add that, it’s a surprise to see that the crime scene has not been kept intact. It has been contaminated. Not forensically suitable for further examination for suitable forensic evidence,” he had said.

He also compared it with another case and said that he didn’t permit to open Sunanda Pushkar’s room for four years, saying  “It was like destruction of evidence only. I had never given permission to open the room of Sunanda Pushkar for 4 years. After that, there had been a case of DK Ravi, IAS in Bangalore.”

He also had questioned the Mumbai Police that why did they assume Sushant was dead and why did they took him directly to the mortuary, and not the emergency ward and why did not they mention the time of death.

“He was declared dead in the flat only. He was taken directly to the mortuary, not in emergency. So how did they presume, he is dead, that requires an emergency medical revival situation. So it was that it’s death at that time…after that, the timing of doing the autopsy is fixed,” Dr Gupta told the editor.

Surprisingly, there is no word from Dr Sudhir Gupta since the unofficial leaks of forensic reports came out.
