Kangana Get Relief From Bombay High Court

As we all know on Wednesday BMC started demolition work at Kangana”s office, due to her quick reaction demolition work was stayed ,as instantly she approached Bombay High Court and filed stay plea, after which demolition was stopped.

According to latest development Bombay High Court after hearing Kangana plea has adjourned plea against demolition work till 22 September for consideration.

Well actress approached Bombay High Court for challenging notice sent to her by BMC for demolition of ‘illegal construction’ at her bungalow, and sought a stay on the demolition process. 

According to report after going through Kangana”s plea Bombay High Court had noticed BMC to file reply. On the other hand Lawyer of petitioner has asked for time to respond on affidavit.

Well recently actress challenged that notice which BMC is showing is fake and she has not received any such notice from BMC till the day she arrived Mumbai on 9th September 2020.
