Sushant’s family shares ED note on Twitter and says that it nailed the criminal gang

In connection with the money laundering angle in SSR case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) called upon Rhea Chakraborty’s father, Indrajit. Taking to their Twitter handle, the family of the late actor shared ED’s note in the case, which named Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Rajput’s photographer – Dipesh Sawant, Rhea’s talent manager Jaya Saha, Simone Khambatta and Gaurav Arya. The family claimed that the ED has ‘nailed the criminal gang that killed Sushant’.

The department examined the Whatsapp conversations between Rhea and the others regarding consuming weed and Cannabidoil (CBD) illegally since 2017. From these chats it was concluded that drugs were also involved in the death case of SSR. One of the chats points to the illegal procurement of weed by Showik (Rhea’s brother) in April-May 2020, In another one Jaya Saha was seen delivering CBD to Rhea to allegedly mix with Sushant’s coffee in November 2019. Other such similar conversations took place in March 2017 and April 2020. To probe the drug angle, ED wrote to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), who has already registered a case and will come to Mumbai for further investigation.
