Wrap up shoot of Ishaan Khatter & Ananya Panday’s Khaali Peeli will take place in end of August

The movie Khaali Peeli was left with a scheduled shoot of a couple of days when the national lockdown due to the pandemic was announced. Now after five months the wrap up shoot of the move that stars Ananya Pandey and Ishaan Khattar will take place in the city itself by the end of this month. According to a source close to this Ali Abbas Zafar production,

“We have a few sequences remaining to be shot with Ishaan and Ananya. Director Maqbool Khan intends to film the portions around August 20 and is in the process of zeroing in on an indoor studio for the two-day shoot. The post-production work on the action thriller has been going on in full swing in the past few months.”

The source also said that the producer is keen to wrap up the movie quickly so that the movie can premier on digital screens.

The news was confirmed by the producer Ali Abbas Zafar. He said, “Khaali Peeli is a typical masala entertainer. Ali sir has initiated talks with streaming platforms for its direct-to-web release.“
