Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero was a big dud at the box office and his fans were disappointed as well.
Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero was a big dud at the box office and his fans were disappointed as well. It has been for over two years now that we have seen King Khan on the silver screen, nor has he revealed about any of his upcoming projects. However, it was reported many times that he has signed films. Shah Rukh himself said that during his lockdown vacation he went through a lot of scripts, watched many films and spent quality time with his family.
It was also reported that King Khan has signed Rajkumar Hirani’s next film, the shooting for which was to start in August this year in some location in Canada. But the ongoing pandemic situation with rising number of cases globally has put everything on hold. The team is trying for some different date, but seemingly the situation is not in the favor. In this event the superstar is planning to go ahead with Siddharth Anand’s action flick in the meantime.
According to a source close to the development of the action movie, “Given the current global crisis, Hirani’s team could not procure the permission to shoot in Canada. So, the director will have to kick off the shoot at a later date. In the meantime, Shah Rukh is considering returning to the big screen with Siddharth’s action-drama. After the raging success of War, Yash Raj Films is keen that he helm another tentpole movie. The film will be announced on Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary, September 27, and the superstar is expected to begin shooting in October tentatively”
Both the directors, Siddharth Anand and Rajkumar Hirani has not given any flops. And so we can expect King Khan to see in his super duper avatar again.
