Aankhen 2 might feature Arjun Kapoor & Aparshakti Khurana

Do you remember watching Aankhen that was released in 2002? This was a thriller heist drama featuring  Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Sushmita Sen, Arjun Rampal and Paresh Rawal in the lead roles. The movie was loved by the audience. According to sources, its sequel was in talks. Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Aankhein 2 as well. Although nothing much is known about the film but a close source to the project revealed that if everything falls in place, then Arjun Kapoor and Aparshakti Khurana will also be a part of this heist drama.

“Arjun and Aparshakti have been already brought on board for the film. While there were multiple discussion with both the actors, everything seems to have fallen in place now. While Amitabh is the only actor who has been signed by Eros International, due to the pandemic both the actors are yet to sign on the dotted lines. If everything goes well, the film will go on floors in February 2021.”

Vipul Shah directed the 2002 film, its sequel will be directed by Abhinay Deo who helmed Delhi Belly. Well, hold your excitement and stay tuned for more.
