OMG Shilpa Shetty In Legal Trouble

OMG automobile company owner send legal notice to Shilpa Shetty and her mother, alleging that late Surendra Shetty father of Shilpa Shetty took 21 Lakh loan from Parhad Amra owner of automobile agency which Late Surendra Shetty did not returned back.

In her statement actress said she has nothing do with loan as she was not part of her father’s business, she is not aware of financial dealing of dad’s company, she further said I know Parhad Amra as he used to repair our family car , that all nothing more than I knew about him.

In a petition Mr Amra disclosed that entire family was business partner of their father’s business.

While interacting with media Advocate of petitioner Mr Yusuf Iqbal disclosed first hearing of case was on 8^th December 2018, however no one appeared on prescribed date, due to which court passed order in which court gave direction to police to investigate case under section 202 of CPC (Criminal Procedure Code, case was adjourned for next hearing which is on 29^th January.

According to sources actress has denied any such allegation, well we have to wait till 29^th January for verdict of Court.
