IC :841 And Netflix In Trouble Again

IC:814 ” The Kandhar Hijack” series and Netflix once again in trouble this time for infringement.

According to Latest development ANI has sued Netflix over copyright Trademark Infringement.

Petition that ANI has filed which alleged Netflix show IC 814 showing footage which is equiped with PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, General Parvez Musharraf, and others without any license.

On the other hand Netflix claimed that it had a deal with British news agency Reuters, also an ANI shareholder, which provided the footage for the show IC 814.

ANI has approached High Court to pass an order giving Netflix direction to remove four episodes and apply blur on ANI logo in entire series.

According to report Delhi High Court yesterday issued notices to Netflix and CI:184 show producers, Matchbox Shots and Benaras Mediaworks, to file reply in connection with the case within two days. Petition was heard by single-Judge Justice Mini Pushkarna After which directions were issued to Netflix and show, next date of hearing is fixed for 13 September.

Well from the very First day IC 814 got premiere its been stuck in number of controversies.
