Aayush Sharma Opened About Struggles He Faced Before Making Bollywood Debut

Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma recalls when he was background dancer on the sets of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani he said I was part of 300 to 400 background dancers.

Ayush Sharma revealed his excitement of being part of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani “Dilliwali Girlfriend” song and meeting Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.

Aayush Sharma who is looking forward for release of upcoming project Ruslaan, during an interview with media he opened about the time when he was just a struggling star, he  recalls starting off as a background dancer in films including Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Actor also opened about mental agony he went through during struggling days when casting director use to reject he said to surdirectors now don’t even remember rejecting him, and remembered the time when a director has also asked him to get out. He revealed  “The first time I came to Mehboob Studios was for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Someone told me ‘Why are you working as a background dancer.’ I said that I wanted to see what a film set looks like and to see how the shoots happen. I couldn’t find a job as Assistant Director.” actor further concluded “At one point, I wanted to become a casting director, thinking that I could get on the set through this. I remember that I had a shoot for YJHD at Mehboob Studios. It was a beautiful moment as there were 300-400 background dancers and I was one of them. Then I saw Manish Malhotra, Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin and then I saw Ranbir Kapoor entering the set for the ‘Dilliwali Girlfriend’ song shoot.” While concluding his statement actor said “I hold my memories close to me. It’s funny sometimes to think that some casting directors have rejected me before and now when I meet them, they tell me that I liked your films. They don’t even remember that they rejected me before,”

Well this is what we call destiny.
