Chandni Bar Sequel Coming Soon

Good news for Tabu stater Chandni Bar fans as sequel of above is on card after two decades and  looking forward for 2025 release.

According to development Chandni 2 is going to be directed by Mohan Azad and he also wrote screenplay and dialogues for first installment.

Chandni Bar was National Award-winning film released in 2001. First installment was helmed by  Madhur Bhandar kar.

In first installment we watched Tabu in a powerful performance as Mumtaz, a bar dancer navigating the complexities of Mumbai’s underbelly.

According to report script is on last stage and starcast is under warp. Its been revealed film maker is still in search of star cast.

Chandni 2 is going to be directorial debut of Mohan Azad.

Opening about excitement of up directorial debut project Mohan Azad said “The producer of this film R. Mohan had expressed this desire long ago about the sequel of Chandni Bar, about whose story we were very confused. But I am happy that we have written the story of this sequel film in a tremendous manner. And I am sure that we will be able to repeat the same success of Chandni Bar once again in the coming year,”
