Zareen Khan In Legal Trouble

BOLLYWOOD celebrity actress Zareen Khan get some relief in cheating case, after she was granted interim bail by furnishing personal bond of 30,000 Rs, with condition.

According to report Zareen Khan get conditional interim bail, as she is restricted not to travel abroad.

This year in September arrest warrants were issued against her in connection of cheating case.
According to report actress was granted interim bail by Sealdah cout and court barred her international travel without prior permission in connection to the cheating case which took place in 2018. She has been granted bail till December 26 on a personal bond of Rs. 30,000.

According to report IO of case submitted a charge sheet against Zareen Khan before the Sealdah court in Kolkata. During this period, Zareen neither sought bail nor appeared before the court, resulting in the issuance of an arrest warrant due to her repeated absence.

FIR was registered against Zareen Khan and her manager. According to report she was accused for signing agreement and for not make her scheduled appearance, due to which organizer of show approached police station to file a formal complaint of cheating against both the actress and her manager.

Defending herself actress recorded her statement adding she found herself misled by the event organizers. According to her knowledge , the organizers had portrayed the event as a high-profile gathering attended by dignitaries, including the Chief Minister of Bengal. Khan cited miscommunications regarding the flight arrangements and accommodations that further complicated the situation, contributing to her unexpected absence from the event.

Well going through above it seems she has stuck herself in big problem, now its on court who which will decide if she is innocent or not.
